By accessing or using the website www.banfieldcapital.com (the “Site”), any associated client portal, or engaging in any services provided by Banfield Capital (“Banfield Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Banfield Capital. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Site and our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Services are offered only to:
Accredited investors as defined under Japanese law;
Professional investors under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA);
Non-resident individuals subject to additional KYC/AML verification.

Banfield Capital provides discretionary and advisory investment management, portfolio strategies, and financial planning services. All services are subject to separate client agreements, fee schedules, and investment management mandates. 4. Client Onboarding & KYC/AML
All clients must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
5. Risk Disclosure
Investments involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment.
6. Client Portal & Security
In terms of access to the secure Client Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) and data protection measures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept the inherent security risks of online services.
